Job position: Concierge (Full Time)

Job Summary:

As a member of the guest services team, you will act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information. Concierge team members liaise directly with guests to ensure that they have an unforgettable experience, and their every need is met.

The main function of the Concierge is to welcome guests to the resort, help them with any and all of their needs, make them feel at home, make reservations and assist in selling other services or activities. The Concierge is directly responsible for the prompt, efficient and friendly check in and check out for guests, for meeting any other guests needs during their stay, and the collection of money for services rendered.
