We are currently seeking an individual to fulfill the position of Administration Assistant.

MnK is a distinctive and growing property management company with a portfolio of 114 properties, many of which are rented out to guests on a nightly basis. We are currently on the lookout for an Administration Assistant to support our Office Administration Manager. In this role, you will assist the Office Administration Manager with data entry and other support that may be required.

Key Responsibilities

As the Administration Assistant, your key responsibility will be to support the Office Administration Manager with office duties and roles. This will include data entry, organisation of files and receipts, assisting in answering phone calls and supporting in any other necessary aspects.

Selection Criteria

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English is preferred but not absolutely necessary
  • Native level of Japanese required

Working Hours

8 hours a day, maximum of 4 days per month. Preferably Saturday or Sunday.

Remuneration

¥1,000 – ¥1,100 per hour (commensurate on experience)
