Real Estate Analyst - Graduate Position

MnK Real Estate has two unique functions, development, and brokerage. As a real estate developer, MnK Nisekohas helped create 4 unique destinations - 3 residential housing communities with over 100 individual houses and 1 serviced apartment building. Our team assists customers with the architectural design, construction, and furnishing of a new or existing home. With our real estate agent brokerage license, we help our customers buy and sell land, houses, and apartments.
The successful candidate will be a recent graduate, who is organized, techno-literate, and curious. The main focus of this role is to assist the department by creating, collating, automating and organizing relevant well-presented information for use within the team and among clients to help the company and its customers seize opportunities and buy and sell property in Niseko.
Cross-department communication and contributions across all of the MnK brands regardless of individual role have been key to MnK’s success. The successful candidate will enjoy tackling a broad range of tasks and contributing across all business units as seasonal priorities change throughout the year. The role will evolve to suit your unique talents and changing business conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting market data from multiple sources;
- Preparing specific information for properties for buyers and sellers
- Helping to automate processes and procedures where necessary
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to create content, publish listings, and communicate with prospective buyers
- Contributing to and helping to manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Researching and recording regulatory changes impacting real estate and or development in Niseko
Key Qualities
- Attention to detail is essential
- Curiosity and the willingness to ask questions
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data collection and presentation of data trends
- Communicate well with the team and the ability to prioritize tasks based on team goals
- Moderate to advanced ability using spreadsheets and other commonly used software
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
- Valid working visa preferred (sponsored visas can be discussed on application)
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Remuneration
Starting at ¥240,000 per month to ¥300,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
