Guest Services

Bilingual English/Japanese

As the Sales/Concierge you will be the main contact for all guests and owners after they have booked their accommodation and will provide sales and services offering a range of activities and services via email, online platforms, and by phone. Working closely with the Reservations and Guest Relations team, you will be the main driver in securing additional guest service sales to ensure our guests maximize their stay in all seasons.

As the Sales/Concierge you will be the main contact for all guests and owners after they have booked their accommodation and will provide sales and services offering a range of activities and services via email, online platforms, and by phone. Working closely with the Reservations and Guest Relations team, you will be the main driver in securing additional guest service sales to ensure our guests maximize their stay in all seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommending/Selling in-resort services to all guests and owners both pre arrival and in resort.
  • Working closely with our local partners to book additional services including but not limited to Ski/Snowboard Rental/Lessons, EdVenture Kids Camps, Lift Passes, Airport Transfers, Car Hire, Restaurants, Tours/activities, and more.
  • Database management, CRM updates, and booking services through our PMS and other online platforms
  • Assisting the Reservations and Guest Services teams during busy times.

Key Qualities

  • Minimum 1-3 year's experience in similar reservations, sales, or guest services role
  • Passionate about Guest Services and a desire to ensure our guests have a memorable holiday.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience using Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, PMS and CRM`s
  • Bilingual Japanese/English/Chinese speakers are highly regarded.

Working Hours

40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 5 days, 2 days off per week

Remuneration

230,000 – 280,000 JPY per month depending on language ability and experience

Employment Period
