Snow Clearing (Long Shift)

Property Management Team consists of 2 functions that support one another namely, Property Management and Asset Management across the 4 unique destinations developed by MnK. Property Management undertakes the general management and upkeep of the physical asset (the property) that includes and is not limited to, routine/scheduled inspections, spot maintenance, renovations, snow clearing and landscaping, and general contracts and administration works required in home ownership.
English - Basic Japanese is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Routine Manual Snow Clearing across the  resorts and outlying properties Managed by MnK.
The snow clearing operations includes and is not limited to,

  • The operation and support of a large snowblower for clearing of specified areas around MnK Managed properties.
  • Clearing snow off porch and garage roofs
  • Clearing of snow from roofs of single dwellings.
  • Clearing of areas to ensure safety of guests and staff.
Selection Criteria
  • Previous experience is desired.
  • Manual labour experience.

Employment Period
December 1, 2023 - February 28, 2024 (Contract extension possible pending performance and snow conditions)
Probationary Period
1 Month
Working Hours
5 days per week, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts with 1 hour unpaid break. Please feel free to enquire for working patterns other than the stated.
Remuneration
¥1,400 - ¥1,700 per hour depending on experience and language ability.
