The Orchards and Country Resort present guests with a portfolio of individual homes to choose from, each fully equipped to meet the unique needs of your family or group. Our apartment style complex Akazora, ranging from studio to 2-bedroom apartments also comes fully equipped for your stay. Whether you would like to escape the heat and humidity of Japan's mainland, or are considering settling in Niseko, a long term stay is a great way to experience what the region has to offer.
With the new Japan Digital Nomad Visa, MnK has prepared rates below for 30 nights or more. This visa allows those who qualify, to work remotely in Japan for up to 6 months, accompanied by spouses and children.

1 Bedroom Premium at Akazora starting at ¥290,000 for 30 nights.
2 Bedroom Premium at Akazora, starting at ¥380,000 for 30 nights.
3 Bedroom Forest or Yotei at Country Resort, starting at ¥350,000 for 30 nights.
The above rates are not inclusive of the month security deposit and utility, internet, cleaning, and garbage fees.

Self Contained Resort Living

Our self contained chalets are designed with comfort in mind. All stays include a fully-equipped kitchen, linen, towels, Wi-Fi, bathroom facilities and regular cleaning service. Awake to picturesque views and feel secure with family and friends in your own private accommodation.

In addition, our online grocery ordering system (winter only) ensures you feel at home right away and arrive to a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Avoid unnecessary trips to crowded supermarkets, and have more time up your sleeve to spend with the ones you love.

Our friendly guest services team is available to help you organise extra services such as car rental and activity bookings, or simply provide restaurant recommendations when you need them.
