MnK does not operate a shuttle service from Akazora. The Ace Family Lift #1 at Grand Hirafu is approximately a 550 m walk away.
The free Hirafu shuttle also operates throughout Hirafu Village, connecting Lower, Middle, and Upper Hirafu, with a stop just up the street from Akazora. For HANAZONO, guests can use the free HANAZONO shuttle, while the Niseko United shuttle connects Hirafu with Niseko Village and Annupuri. The Niseko United shuttle is free with an All-Mountain Lift Pass; otherwise, a fare applies.
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is strictly by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested and approved in advance by our reservations team.

Bath towels and face towels are provided according to the number of guests. Additional towels are available for an extra fee. We also provide dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and garbage bags.

All apartments at Akazora have air conditioning.
Pets are not permitted at any of our properties, including overnight stays in vehicles. If a pet is found on the premises, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately, and additional cleaning fees may apply. In such cases, accommodation and rental fees are non-refundable.
All MnK Niseko-managed properties are strictly non-smoking, including balconies. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and all other smoking devices. A minimum penalty of ¥150,000 applies for each violation.
There is designated smoking area located outside the lobby doors.
