Landscaping Team
Property Management
English and/or Japanese
As a member of the MnK landscaping team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of lawns gardens and common areas at all MnK Resorts. You will be working as part of a small team and will need to communicate well within the team and organize and prioritize jobs independently and as a team. Furthermore, the ideal applicant will be a self-motivated, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outside. As a member of the MnK landscaping team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of lawns gardens and common areas at all MnK Resorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns
- Lawn damage repairing & seeding
- Wedding/Fertilizing
- Edging
- Tree Planting
- Leaf Blowing
- General Landscaping
- General upkeep of all outdoor areas
Key Qualities
- Must hold valid working holiday visa or be a Japanese citizen
- Must hold a valid Japanese driver’s license or International Driving Permit
- Experience and able to drive manual cars
- Ability to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Experience handling ride-on-mowers, push mowers, trimmer, chainsaws, and blade edgers
- Reliable and hardworking
Working Hours
30-40 hours per week
Remuneration
Starting at ¥1,300-1,600 per hour depending on experience and/or language ability
