Summer Resort Services
Guest Services
English and/or Japanese/Chinese (Bilingual applicants highly regarded)
We are looking for a responsible and reliable l team member who will go the extra mile to make sure that our guest services run as efficiently and effectively as possible. Our Guest Services team will have the biggest impact on the customer experience. By hiring passionate, outgoing and approachable people, we are ensuring that our guests really do stay as a guest and return as a friend.
MnK resort accommodations are set in the tranquil surroundings of the Niseko area, as our summer guests come to enjoy the green season, activities, and BBQs, we require hard-working individuals to ensure our outdoor areas are looking great for our guests and owners to enjoy the great outdoors. As part of the Summer Resort Services team, you will be required to look after and maintain all lawns, gardens, and common spaces within our 3 unique accommodation resorts while also providing our BBQ set up/pack down services for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Preforming chalet Inspections and quality control
- Performing property inventory checks
- Performing light cleaning tasks (rubbish collection and towel replacements).
- Performing resort checks
- Assisting the guest services team as required
- Assisting with guest/owners check in/out when required
Key Qualities
- Attention to detail is essential;
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow processes and direction and complete tasks on time
- Valid driver’s license (Or IDP) is required
- Valid working visa
- Energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Up to 40 hours per week (part-time positions also available)
Remuneration
Starting at ¥1,300 to ¥1,700 per hour depending on experience and/or language ability
