Travel time between Niseko and New Chitose Airport (the nearest airport to Niseko) or Sapporo City is approximately 2.5–3 hours, including a short toilet break and dependent on weather conditions. We strongly advise all guests take out travel insurance in case of delays.
To ensure you connect with your coach in a timely manner, please review the coach meeting points in advance. Resort Liner have two information desks at New Chitose Airport, one located in the Domestic Terminal Building (1st floor) and one located in the International Terminal Building (2nd floor). Please check in at your tour desk, and at the time of departure the staff will direct you on where to board.
You will find the meeting point at Domestic Tour Desk #2, located between JAL Arrival Gate A and B on the 1st floor in the Domestic Terminal.
If you are arriving at the International Terminal: You will find the meeting point at International Terminal Tour Desk B located on the 2nd floor, on the right-hand side after exiting from the arrival hall.
When making a reservation, please ensure that you adhere to the minimum connecting time of 45 minutes when connecting from a domestic flight and at least 90 minutes when connecting from an international flight.
Yes, in the event that your arrival flight is delayed, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we are able to notify the service provider and check availability for you. Please note that if you miss your coach due to reasons other than a delayed flight, it will be treated as a cancellation by the service provider and you will need to cover full costs for your replacement coach. For this reason, we strongly advise all guests take out travel insurance.
In this case we will arrange your stop to be at the closest hotel to your accommodation, as Sapporo is quite small this is usually less than a 5-minute walk away.
