About EdVenture‍

Since 2011, EdVenture has welcomed children and teens from around the world to Niseko for outdoor summer camp experiences. Days are spent outside, away from screens, with a mix of activities designed to keep kids active and engaged.

Programs are run in English, supporting confidence through natural communication. Through shared experiences and time in nature, children and teens are encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and grow in their own, unique way.

5-Day Programs

5-day programs combining outdoor play, nature exploration, and introductory adventure activities in Niseko, and ending with an overnight parent-child camping trip.

Family Program‍

Our Family Program is designed for younger children to participate together with a parent throughout the week and ending with an overnight camping trip.
Duration: 5-Day Program, Monday to Friday (overnight camping Thursday to Friday)
Parent participation: Children join with a parent (1 parent per child) for activities throughout the week and the overnight camping trip. A second parent is welcome to join for an additional fee.
Recommended ages: 3 years and up
Price: From ¥161,900 per child and parent pair


‍Moiwa Program
The Moiwa Program is a step up for children ready for more independence, with child-only activities from Monday to Wednesday, followed by a parent-child overnight camping trip.
Duration: 5-Day Program, Monday to Friday (overnight camping Thursday to Friday)
Parent participation: Children participate independently from Monday to Wednesday, with a parent joining for the overnight camping trip (1 parent per child). A second parent is welcome to join the camping trip for an additional fee.
Recommended ages: 6 years and up
Price: From ¥168,900 per child and parent pair

Overnight Residential Programs

Overnight residential programs for children and teens offering a fully supervised, screen-free experience centered on outdoor adventure, independence, and time in nature.

‍Yotei Program
The Yotei Program introduces the residential camp experience in a supportive and structured environment. The week includes group and team-based activities, outdoor experiences suited to growing independence, and time to build confidence, form friendships, and engage with a diverse international group.
Duration: 6 nights, 7 days (Sunday to Saturday)
Recommended ages: 9 years and up
Price: From ¥227,900 per child per program (includes accommodation, activities, meals, and transportation)

Rishiri Program
The Rishiri Program is for teenagers and builds on the residential camp experience with more independence and responsibility throughout the week. Days include a mix of outdoor activities, team-based challenges, and group living, with hiking, rock climbing, navigation, and a summit hike of Mt. Annupuri or Mt. Konbu as key parts of the program.
Duration: 6 nights, 7 days (Sunday to Saturday)
Recommended ages: 13 years and up
Price: From ¥239,900 per child per program (includes accommodation, activites, meals, and transportation)

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the activity start date will incur no penalties except an administration fee.
  • Cancellations made on or within 14 days prior to the activity start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • By reserving guest services through MnK Niseko, you accept that cancellation and amendment fees may apply to any reservation irrespective if payment has been made. Please check with MnK Niseko about specific cancellation fees that may apply to your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the camp start date incur a cancellation fee of ¥10,000. Any amendments made before this date are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made 14 – 7 days from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount
  • Cancellations made the day of activity (camp, lesson, guest service) due to sickness, may be eligible for a refund subject to their discretion.
