Airport Bus Transfers

Scheduled bus transfers between New Chitose Airport and Hirafu Welcome Center are available to book. The bus arrives at Hirafu Welcome Center, where a member of the MnK team will meet you and assist with your transfer to your accommodation.

New Chitose Airport ↔︎ Hirafu Welcome Center‍

Direct bus service between the airport and Hirafu Welcome Center. Travel time is approximately 2.5–3 hours.

Prices:

One-way: ¥4,000 per person
Infants under 3 travel free if seated on an adult’s lap.

New Chitose Airport → Hirafu Welcome Center
Service Period: July 25 –August 31, 2026
Schedule: Daily

Please note all departures from CTS are from the Domestic Terminal. Guests arriving on international flights must proceed to the Domestic Terminal meeting point (approximately a 5-minute walk).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the activity start date will incur no penalties except an administration fee.
  • Cancellations made on or within 14 days prior to the activity start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • By reserving guest services through MnK Niseko, you accept that cancellation and amendment fees may apply to any reservation irrespective if payment has been made. Please check with MnK Niseko about specific cancellation fees that may apply to your reservation.
