Japanese Version (日本語版)

The team at MnK Niseko want to ensure the health and safety of all guests, owners and team members. Through our process of creating new guidelines and initiating operation changes, we hope to maintain our community's health and well being. Wearing masks for employees is also optional.

Physical and Social Distancing
MnK has taken steps to limit contact at all of our resorts. This includes fitting safety screens in all vehicles, improving check in procedures and promoting contactless booking of services and activities.
Cleaning and Sanitisation
Thorough cleaning and sanitisation of each accommodation takes place pre and post guests' arrival. Our cleaning teams wear personal protective equipment, and high touch areas are regularly sanitised. Linen is professionally washed and sanitised with antibacterial detergent.
Health Checks
MnK monitors the health condition of all team members. Temperature checks are conducted for guests at time of check in, and team members are checked prior to and at the end of every shift. Furthermore, we are available 24 hours a day to assist guests who are feeling unwell with seeking health services.
Personal Protection Equipment
For the safety of all guests and team members, protective screens have been installed in all Reception areas. Guests and team members are asked to kindly wear masks in public areas and sanitise their hands regularly. For your convenience, we have provided sanitiser in your accommodaton.
Shuttle Vehicles
The changes we have made to our shuttle system this year are for the safety of all guests and team members. Seats will be limited to allow for safe social distancing, screens have been fitted between front and back cabins, and we request all passengers and drivers to wear a mask. Vehicles are also fitted with hand sanitiser.
Tomo Restaurant
In accordance with government advice, we have restricted the number of guests at our on-site restaurant, Tomo Niseko, to allow for a safe and socially distanced dining experience. All team members will be wearing masks as well as regularly sanitising dining areas.
