Through our process of creating new guidelines and initiating operation changes this winter, we hope to maintain our community's health and wellbeing. Below are some of the steps we are taking to adopt the New Hokkaido Style.
MnK Cancellation Policy (as at 2 December, 2020):
Policy applies to all new direct bookings made on or after 25 March, 2020 for the winter 2020/21 season. In the event of cancellation within 29 days of arrival date, a credit to the amount paid to MnK for the booking will be issued, if the following situation(s) apply:
If any of the above situations apply to your booking, please contact the Reservations and Guest Services team for further details and instructions. You will be required to provide proof of the situation that applies to your booking.
For group bookings, we will work closely with the lead guest of the group and manage any changes on a case by case basis.

All guests who have made a booking via an online travel agent or other third-party travel partner should contact their booking provider for information on their cancellation policy.
