Sales and Reservations
The Sales and Reservations team is responsible for ensuring our guests have a wonderful and memorable experience, from the minute they book their Niseko holiday, through to their journey home. The successful candidate will be joining a small and hardworking team. Duties will range from taking initial booking enquiries through to allocating properties, and booking guest services. MnK is one of the leading independent employers within the Resort Management/Guest Services sector in Hirafu. We maintain a strong team culture and are looking for vibrant individuals who thrive working under pressure, have an ability to prioritise their workload, and can self manage tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fielding telephone enquiries and responding to emails
  • Responding to guest enquiries via the website's contact forms and live chat
  • Receive and action accommodation requests
  • Oversee housekeeping operations
  • Coordinate guest service bookings prior to guests' arrival and during their stay
  • Process financials and check guest and/or supplier invoices

Selection Criteria

  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working in the hospitality or customer service industry
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Valid Japanese Driver's License or valid International Driving Permit (IDP) in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention
  • Must hold a valid Working Holiday Visa or be a Japanese citizen (work sponsored visa can be discussed on application)
  • Knowledge about the Niseko area, or willingness to learn about the region
  • The ability to be patient, and to go above and beyond to meet the needs of all guests
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality

Working Hours

40 hours per week, between the hours of 7:00am to 10:00pm, 5 days per week


¥225,000 monthly gross salary + ¥5,000 travel allowance
