Junior Owner Liaison

Property Management 

English fluency required; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is highly desirable.

We are looking to expand our property management team with the addition of a highly organized and efficient communicator who will assist in handling day-to-day tasks, projects, and correspondence internally as well as with our stakeholders. In addition to having a high level of communication and organizational skills, we are looking for someone who is curious, an active listener, and can take “1 or 2 steps back” to understand various perspectives on the sometimes-challenging situations and decisions we have to make as a collective and individually. The position is unique in that it provides the individual with the opportunity to develop an understanding of the wide scope and scale of services and staff within MnK, and the ability to be sensitive to the wide variety of cultures that make up the Property Owners (Stakeholders) at MnK. The department's environment and culture allow individuals to develop both individual and teamwork skills to effectively communicate the Property Management Services provided to our Property Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • To have a strong understanding of the “product” and its requirements, and how all departments relate to the product, as well as other services provided by the company year-round.
  • Effectively and efficiently support the owner liaison manager with assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the quality and timely delivery of communications with our stakeholders.

Key Qualities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • Experience with other cultures
  • Computer proficient
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
  • Ability to acquire a Japanese Visa (MnK will help with immigration)
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is highly desirable.

Working Hours

The standard working schedule is 40 hours per week (full-time); however, part-time arrangements (24–30 hours per week) are also available. We are also happy to discuss options for those who wish to work within dependent tax limits. For part-time roles, salary will be prorated from the full-time salary based on hours worked.

Remuneration

¥250,000 - 350,000 per month, depending on experience and/or language ability
