Maintenance Administrator - Graduate Position
Property Management
Conversational Japanese is required
The MnK Property Management Department is responsible for the maintenance and management of properties owned and managed by our company. Our clients and business partners include property owners and related contractors.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Management Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining property records, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth management of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating departmental tasks and workflows.
- Providing administrative and accounting assistance.
- Processing and organising spreadsheet data.
- Preparing user documentation.
- Supporting HR functions within the department.
- Other associated tasks and responsibilities.
Key Qualities
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills are required (Excel, Word, Google).
- Conversational Japanese is required; fluency is a plus.
- Experience in accounting is a plus.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Japanese Driver’s License or International Drivers Permit (IDP)
Working Hours
Average 40 hours, 5 days/week
Remuneration
Starting at ¥250,000 - ¥325,000 per month depending on experience and/or language ability
