Maintenance Staff - Graduate Position

Property Management 

Conversational Japanese is required

The MnK Property Management Department is responsible for the maintenance and management of properties owned and managed by our company. Our clients and business partners include property owners and related contractors.

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and other necessary work to uphold the quality standards of the property. To ensure compliance with property management quality standards, you will carry out both temporary and regular maintenance tasks with guidance from the supervisor or manager. Additionally, you may also be involved in facility management, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • To undertake and lead general, Landscaping and Snow-clearing to achieve the long-term objectives of the PM department.
  • Responding and delegating of tasks where required.
  • Reporting and recording of issues to the Maintenance Team Supervisor and property management software
  • Following up of tasks and progress.
  • Upkeep maintenance and recording of department machinery.

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills are required (Excel, Word, Google).
  • Conversational Japanese is required; fluency is a plus.  
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Japanese Driver’s License or International Drivers Permit (IDP)

Working Hours

Average 40 hours, 5 days/week

Remuneration

Starting at ¥250,000 - ¥325,000 per month depending on experience and/or language ability
