Office Administrator - Graduate Position

MnK Finance Department combines the responsibilities of both the Finance and Administration departments. It oversees financial management while also handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrator to support the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general operation of the office, including organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including financial data, and other important company information.
- Assist with various other administrative tasks such as processing invoices and assisting with procurement.
Key Qualities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google work place.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic English skills would be preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Japanese Driving License or International Drivers Permit (IDP)
Working Hours
Average 40 hours, 5 days/week
Remuneration
Starting at ¥250,000 - ¥325,000 per month depending on experience and/or language ability
