Project Management Assistant
Real Estate

The MnK Real Estate Development team delivers comprehensive home development and improvement solutions tailored to the unique landscape of Niseko. From new home builds and interior upgrades to full-scale renovations, we provide end-to-end project management and design expertise.
As a Project Management Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth progress of each project. This role offers the opportunity to closely observe and support a variety of projects, both large and small taking place in Niseko.
Key Responsibilities
- Product research based on client requests
- Order management and procurement of products
- Preparation of various proposal documents and presentation materials
- Coordination and communication with contractors, including on-site support
- Client communication (in person, via email, chat, etc.)
- Preparation and management of various reports
- General assistance with other team-related tasks
Key Qualities
- Valid standard driver’s license (AT‑only also accepted).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience creating documents and materials using Excel and Word
- Ability to create presentation materials using PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in an environment where both English and Japanese are used
- Interest in architecture, design, and interior-related work
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience using CAD software in a professional setting
The specific software and years of experience are not required. The ability to create simple layouts is sufficient. - Interest in hands-on work and making things, such as having a hobby in DIY or home improvement projects
Working Hours
Average 40 hours, 5 days/week (Part-time can be arranged)
Remuneration
Starting at ¥250,000 per month to ¥300,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
