Property Maintenance Staff
Property Management
Conversational Japanese is required
MnK’s Property Management Department is responsible for maintaining and managing properties that our company owns or manages for the owners of the properties. Our main clients and contacts include property owners and partner contractors.
You will be responsible for repair and maintenance work on properties managed by MnK. Main duties include equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinating with external contractors when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection of managed properties
- Minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and tightening screws
- Repair of furniture and fittings for the managed properties
- Responding to facility/equipment issues and arranging necessary repairs
- Coordinating and supervising the repair work
- Other General Property Management Tasks Performed by the Departments
No prior experience is required — new team members will receive hands-on training from senior staff and will gradually take on responsibilities starting with tasks they can manage.
Key Qualities
- Required: Valid standard driver’s license (AT‑only not accepted).
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Semi‑medium vehicle driver’s license (準中型)
- Certification to operate vehicle‑type construction machinery (earthmoving, etc.) (車両系建設機械〈整地等〉運転技能者)
Working Hours
Average 40 hours, 5 days/week
Remuneration
Starting at ¥250,000 per month to ¥350,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
