Property Management Staff
Property Management
Conversational Japanese is required
MnK’s Property Management Department is responsible for maintaining and managing properties that our company owns or manages for the owners of the properties. Our main clients and contacts include property owners and partner contractors.
You will be responsible for maintenance inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of properties managed by MnK.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection of managed properties
- Minor repairs and cleaning works
- Reporting identified issues and assisting with repair work.
- Garbage collection and disposal
- Other General Property Management Tasks Performed by the Departments
You will start by learning the workflow under the guidance of senior staff and gradually take on tasks you can manage.
Key Qualities
- Required: Valid standard driver’s license (AT‑only not accepted).
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Semi‑medium vehicle driver’s license (準中型)
- Certification to operate vehicle‑type construction machinery (earthmoving, etc.) (車両系建設機械〈整地等〉運転技能者)
Working Hours
Average 40 hours, 5 days/week
Remuneration
Starting at ¥250,000 per month to ¥300,000 depending on experience and/or language ability
