MnK Real Estate has two unique functions, development, and brokerage. As a real estate developer, MnK Niseko has helped create 4 unique destinations - 3 residential housing communities with over 100 individual houses and 1 serviced apartment building. Our team assists customers with the architectural design, construction, and furnishing of a new or existing home. With our real estate agent brokerage license, we help our customers buy and sell land, houses, and apartments.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Admin and Document Creation Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is essential in supporting our operations through efficient administration, accurate document preparation, and effective coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and authorities. This role also includes responsibilities for generating domestic seller-side leads within the local property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Creation and Management: Prepare, format, and proofread real estate contracts, reports, and other essential documents. Maintain and update templates to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards. Organize and manage digital and physical document storage systems.
  • Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and tracking key performance metrics. Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups with clients and leads.
  • Liaising with Authorities: Coordinate with local and national authorities to ensure compliance with real estate regulations and requirements. Manage documentation for approvals, permits, and other regulatory needs.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct research and outreach to identify potential domestic seller-side leads. Utilize CRM tools and marketing strategies to build a pipeline of prospects. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging new leads.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

Key Qualities

  • Interest in real estate and a strong desire to build a career in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and openness to learn new software and apply technology for improved work outcomes. 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conversational Japanese is required; fluency is a plus.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Japanese Driver’s License or International Drivers Permit (IDP)

Working Hours

40 hours per week

Remuneration

Starting at ¥250,000 - ¥325,000 per month depending on experience and/or language ability
