Barista - Coffee Cart Attendant

In the role of Barista, you will be in charge of our morning espresso coffee service, you will be required to have experience making all types of espresso coffee and the ability to maintain the equipment. A strong work ethic with a focus on guest service is important in this position. We are looking for passionate, and like-minded people to join our team.

English and/or Japanese (Bilingual Applicants preferred)

Cash Handling
Food preparation
Keeping the coffee cart clean and organized
Managing stock levels

Selection Criteria

Experienced in making all types of coffee
Experience in a fast paced café/coffee cart/food cart environment
Ability to serve guests and make coffee at the same time
A people person, friendly, warm and guest centric
Cash handling and POS/till experience

Probationary Period

Working Hours

It depends on customer demand and snow conditions but on average you are expected to work an average of 35-40 hours a week. (6-8 Hours per day, 5 days per week)

Remuneration

¥1,500 - ¥1,700 per hour depending on experience and/or language ability
