Medium Size Bus Driver & Facilities Staff

As a Bus Driver and Facilities Staff member, you'll provide safe and reliable transportation for guests while also assisting with facilities maintenance, such as snow clearing, light cleaning, set up, pack down and light maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills such as Japanese or other languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of vehicles.
Assist with facilities maintenance and upkeep as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Work closely with other team members to support overall operations.
You will assist with housekeeping and general upkeep to maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment for all children.

Selection Criteria

Comprehensive driving experience in medium to large vehicles (20+ seaters) in adverse weather conditions
The ability to use your initiative and work well under pressure
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Experience in transportation and facilities maintenance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Working Hours

Depending on customer demand and reservations, working hours can range anywhere from 8 to 40 hours per week, including weekends. You will have at least one full day off each week. (6-8 Hours per day, up to 6 days per week)

Remuneration

¥1,800 - ¥2,100 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
