
Working in the Resort Services team, you will primarily look after the condition and presentation of all our accommodation properties and provide shuttle services to and from their accommodation and Hirafu for our guests and owners.
Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections before and after guest reservations, clearing snow from property entrances, providing linen exchange and rubbish removal when required, and reporting damages and maintenance requirements. We are seeking hardworking staff who go the extra mile for our guests, are organized and self-motivated, and ensure all daily tasks are completed to keep operations running smoothly. You will be working as part of the Guest Services team to ensure our Guests have an amazing holiday and that our properties are properly maintained.
