MnK Niseko is an integrated real estate company that provides year-round accommodation and hospitality solutions to guests across four unique resort communities: Akazora, Country Resort, The Orchards, and Takeo Drive.

Beyond accommodation, MnK operates a range of guest services and experiences. These include Elevate, our ski and snowboard school, and EdVenture Niseko kids camp, an internationally recognized outdoor program that helps children and young teenagers build confidence in English through active, hands-on experiences. Our food & beverage offerings include on-site restaurants at The Orchards and Country Resort , as well as Cedar Coffee Co.

MnK employs approximately 50 year-round team members. Each winter, we expand our team with more than 70 seasonal staff across a range of roles, including snowsports instructors, kids camp leaders and mentors, front desk and reception, drivers, concierge, food and beverage team members, snow clearing, and bus drivers.
