For all other roles, a WHV is required. For more information on the working holiday program in Japan see here.

How many hours a week am I expected to work? Will I have time to go skiing/snowboarding?
Your roster will be highly dependent on the position you're applying for, however,.generally speaking, you will be required to work 32-40 hours per week with 2 days off per week. Your shifts will typically vary between morning, night and/or split shifts. This ensures there is plenty of opportunities to explore the area and fit in time on the slopes even on work days.

Yes, all positions come with a company issued season lift pass for the Hirafu/Hanazono ski areas. Ski Instructors receive a commercial all-mountain pass for the Niseko United.
