All drivers must be in possession of a valid International Driving Permit (in accordance with the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic), or full Japanese Driver's License.
By law, booster seats are required for children 5 years and under. Booster seats for children can be arranged for an additional fee.
Pick up and drop off points are limited to: New Chitose Airport and/or your MnK accommodation (Only for the MnK Guests and conditions/fees apply)
Rates are tax inclusive. These prices are only valid until April 2026. Prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.
Rates are inclusive of Double Protection Insurance.

Cancellation Policy

By reserving guest services through MnK Niseko, you accept that cancellation and amendment fees may apply to any reservation irrespective if payment has been made. Please check with MnK Niseko about specific cancellation fees that may apply to your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the activity or service start date will incur no penalties except an administration fee.
Cancellations made on or within 14 days prior to the activity or service start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Specific services may enforce a different cancellation policy, which is subject to the external service provider's discretion. MnK will provide written information on any differing cancellation policies for your chosen service/s prior to confirmation.
