Children aged 7 to 15 must ride tandem with a parent or guardian aged 18 or older and sit in the rear seat of the snowmobile.

Hyper Delta Snow Vehicle Tour (60 minutes)

Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be held for a maximum of 7 days – if confirmation is not received after 7 days, booking will be confirmed and our standard policy applies.
Cancellations/reductions of paid reservations made more than 30 days prior to the commencement date will be refunded 80% of the value. (i.e. loss of deposit)
Cancellations/reductions of paid reservations made within 30 days of the commencement date will not be refunded.
Cancellations of paid reservations made within 30 days of the commencement date will only be refunded in the event of illness or injury, whereby the guest must provide a valid medical certificate issued by a Japanese local hospital or Japanese local physiotherapist confirming that the guest was medically unfit to participate. Any refund will only be offered to the guest whose name appears on the medical certificate. Refund requests under this provision must be submitted prior to the scheduled commencement of the activity. Medical certificates submitted after the activity has commenced will not be accepted as grounds for a refund.
In the case of a private lesson/tour booked for more than 1 person, a refund or reschedule will not be offered if 1 participant is ill or injured. A local medical certificate or local physiotherapist certificate for each person in the product would be required to receive a refund or reschedule.
